Square footage calculator  This calculating program will accept about 40 separate areas in a building.  You enter the dimensions of each area (basic info about sq. footage calculations) and it will return a report showing the serviceable square footage of each area and then a total for the entire facility.  It will also break down the totals by type of floor covering for projecting project work in the future.  This calculator can be used just for cleaning sq. ftg. purposes or for floor/carpet care projections or pressure washing services.  The floor surface options are .. Carpet, VCT tile, Ceramic/quarry tile, wood, sealed cement, asphalt and other.

Printable “carry sheets” with your pre-determined pricing for commercial cleaning services by the total facility project hours (you enter your  hourly charge one time and we will print a graduated listing of total weekly hours showing the monthly charges for any repetitive cleaning project), and/or your individual pricing for floor and carpet care by the sq. foot (you enter your charge per sq. foot one time and we print pricing for buildings or areas of all sizes) for facilities of any size.  This is a one page quick reference chart of your current retail pricing and should be carried with you to all your industry related meetings.  Without need for a calculator (and the potential for calculator mistakes), you can quote pricing for any size facility in question.
